Architecture History and Theory

AHT has been a very chill and calm module. This module gives us time to accomplish our work, especially when its online. I feel that the lectures have been interesting, the information on times and Facebook is organise and easy to access. Not only that, the lecturers have been really helpful teaching and enhancing our work.

Tutorial Exercise

Students are to complete the tutorial exercise given by the lecturers

Project 1

On a chosen building, the student will do research and an architectural examination. Each group will choose 2 structures from the eras given. Students should talk on the selected buildings, with the lecturer's permission.

Project 2

Through document analysis and literature reviews, students will conduct a comparative analysis of Modern Malaysian architectural techniques throughout history. They will then offer an acceptable historical narrative of Malaysian architecture based on their understanding of the process.
