DESIGN COMMUNICATION

Design Com is really a fun module especially when its physical, not only I experience fun activities we did together as a class, but also learn a lot of practical skills from the lecturer. The lecturers in my opinion are really engaging where they are being friendly and joke around to keep the class entertaining.

Tutorial Exercise

Students are given 4 different drawing exercise to complete during the tutorial sessions

Project 1

Students are to sketch out 2 different initial ideas and compositions of the movie poster, each idea on an A5. Then deciding on1 idea of our the 2 and finalise it on an A4 paper.

Project 3

This project is a combination with Dcom and AD1, where students are to use their models and drawings from AD1 and put it in a presentation board to show it in Dcom via online and Blippar.

Project 2

There are a total of 3 parts in this project 2. Part A is orthographic drawings, which means we are give to draw plan, section and elevation of the house. Part B is axonometric drawing. Part C is one point and two point perspective of Farnsworth house
